a. The international red cross is the worlds largest humanitarian organization. It focuses its efforts to helping places where disaster has struck or conflicts are happening.

a. The IMF helps nations stabilize their economy in a few ways. Surveillence allows them to watch and advise, Lending to nations to help with balance of payments, and Technical Assistance to aid in teaching and training in areas of expertise.

After coloring the maps, i learned just how many countries are still not independent. A lot of countries are still working on becoming their own country. Just that says a lot about how harsh the world can be. Before this i thought just about all countries were independent, but i did know that some became independent pretty recently.
